For the price and the size you get, it is great. I was initially looking for a house but the stress of a house over came me and I stumbled to this place inwhich had all the space I needed for now. I'm so happy. The management is fast and helpful. Neighbors aren't to bad. Kids are kids. A few down sides, is parking can be a hassle if you have more than one car and need to find parking late at night but if you have one , you are good because you get a GARAGE!!!! How wonderful. Also, I wish management was more about their tenants, they stated that they will not be putting anymore money into the landscaping, inwhich is already going down the hill, as in appearance. So I hope they don't let this place become a slum because it has great potential. They have so many rules and don't allow vending machines. They seem to don't do special events for the tenants. Almost seems like they stay away and we are just that. Can sometimes feel like it is ran like a prison, but you can't beat what you get for the price you pay. Management does their job and nothing more. Thank god at least that. Really hope they don't let this place turn into the slums, since they don't want to put anymore money into it.
