  Starbucks inside Alberstons. I was there earlier today Sunday September 17,2017 around 3pm. This was the worst Starbucks experience ever and the worst Starbucks customer service worldwide. I read old reviews to make sure its not only me and I agree that this location has the laziest Batista's ever and the most rude. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I asked the guy if they have any special flavors to add . He totally ignored me and started a conversation with another employee. And with the most rude tone without even looking at me he said " what was the drink?!" So I had to repeat what I said again and again I was totally ignored. He said your total is $3.85 I handled him a $5 bill and I turned my back talking to my friend waiting for my change. He didn't even bother to take the money! It was still on the counter and he turned his back making the drink! The other employee noticed the money still there. She took it and gave me my change. This is not it!! Guess what. I received a peach ice tea lemonade. I took it and left without even bothering to ask for another drink. I didn't get my receipt and I don't remember the young guy name. I'm not sure if he is new but still there is something called " customer service training"
