    I went in to send off a seven lb. package the other day to the UK and surprisingly everyone was helpful and nice. Used a flat rate medium box provided by the post office, taped it up with their tape they provide you (had to bring my own scissors for the tape). Donna was incredibly helpful, I've actually never sent a package ever, so I asked her what I need to have this package ready to be shipped, I already had the info for customs ready. She just told me to fill a couple things out, and she held my place in line. She also checked if any other packages would be cheaper for me, but I already knew the flat rate medium box was the way to go. May not be in the best part of town but this is a good post office.
